In the Plumbing and Electrical trades, use these clips to install "blanks - which is PVC pipe through a concrete slab which is about to be poured"
When the slab is complete there is a hole through the slab that pipes and cables can be put through.
What normally happens is the concreter easily knocks the pipe if it is not fixed to the formwork firmly causing the penetration to end up on an angle.
Using the Beam / Girder Hammer on Clamps 3-8mm you hammer them onto the edge of your piece of PVC pipe then nail the clip down onto the deck prior to a concrete pour. They grip extremely well to the PVC pipe and do not let go.
