Project Update | LAHC @ Warwick Farm

This $16 Million project by Taylor Australia will deliver six-storeys and forty-three units at Mannix Parade, Warwick Farm, as a part of the NSW Government’s ongoing commitment to social housing in Western Sydney.

As it nears its completion date, One of our guys went onsite & got some pics of some SNAP Fire collars installed along with some shots of our hanging pipe support systems, bar chairs & much more!

Bar Chairs:

Bar chairs are used in post-tensioning. They have:
 - Plastic-coated feet to protect from corrosion.
 - Chair feet shaped for increased stability
 - Designed for common flat duct size
 - Various heights
 - Base dimensions 109mm x 105mm

Cast-In Stack Fire Collars:

In this image, the Low 100mm Stack Collars are used.
Cast-In Stackwork Fire Collars:
 - Reduce the labour costs of passive fire rating stack work pipe penetrations on concrete floors for multi-level sites.
 - Avoids core drilling the penetrations after the floor is poured and then retro fitting fire collars to the stack work.

Pipe hanging Support:

In this image, the hanging support products used are:
- Threaded Rod
- PVC Powder Coated Saddles
- All thread Adjustable PVC Pipe Clips
