• Tuesday Delivery to Illawarra Area : Orders must be placed by 1pm Monday
  

• Wednesday Delivery to Gosford Area : Orders must be placed by 12pm Tuesday
  

• Thursday Delivery to Illawarra Area : Orders must be placed by 1pm Wednesday

• Free pickup on orders over $100ex. GST or $10

• Free Delivery on orders over $400ex GST or only $27.50
• Free pickup on orders over $100ex GST or $10

3)   Special Goods or remote area Freight charges

Note that less than 30% of our product range falls into this special goods area.  

*Where specified outside of Metro Areas (Sydney/Canberra), some items may have extra freight charges applicable because unable to use standard couriers/Internal Deliveries. Only specialist transport companies will carry some items cost effectively.

Remote areas:

This has not come up very much at all, in fact what most companies call “remote areas” we deliver

So give us a go, we’ll certainly do better than most companies our customers tell us and we’ll find a way to get our products to you at very cost effective rates. A lot of the time we absorb some freight cost to keep freight costs to a minimum for our loyal customers in so called remote areas.

We understand if you order it you want it!  Although it might sound obvious some companies take forever to get you your order. 
At PowAgroup we act fast and despatch over 80% of orders the same day, using our own drivers.

All other areas including interstate order by 11:30am and it will be dispatched the same day.          

If we don’t have it in stock we will contact you and offer an alternative or let you know when it should be in, so there are no surprises.

This is a hard one, sometimes we beat these times easily, but because it is not our own transport outside of Canberra and Sydney, we cant control it.

Strut or long lengths and or Bulky bagged insulation might add an extra day sometimes.
