Returns Policy


Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, with the information booklets or accessories.

You will need original PowAGroup tax invoice or delivery docket. 

If you paid freight to receive the item it may have a freight charge apply on returned item unless you pay the freight back to our warehouse.


If the item mentions special order or is non-returnable, then no returns will be permitted on those items.


Once your return is received in the warehouse and processed (usually within 72-96 hours of receipt), a credit will automatically be applied to your account.


Clearance or Phase Out (*PO*) products cannot be returned.​


As part of our 12 month online purchases return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 364 days of purchase invoice date.

If an item is damaged or not in original packaging or missing anything we may not credit.


Restocking fees may be applied, unless goods were faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Cancelled orders before shipping and paid online by credit card may have a 10% bank & processing fee deducted from the purchase amount prior to refund.
